Circuits 2015 restarted Jan 7th Tue, 13 Jan 2015 10:30:19 +0000 The weekly popular and effective circuits at Sts Mary and John Primary School, Meadow Lane OX4 1TJ (near Donnington Bridge),  restarted on Wednesday 7th Jan. There are, until the end of March 2015, two sessions of 1hr starting at 5.30pm and 6.40pm. From the beginning of April, there will be one session at 6.30pm.

The weekly sessions consist of 25-30 various exercises. The circuits are designed around the sport of rowing and its need to provide both stability and stamina. Exercises include cardio, stability and core work which develop over the months to the more dynamic summer offerings.

Over the weeks, the intensity and dynamic character of the exercises are developed  so that they will provide a progressive means of improving your functional fitness. Most of the exercises have two or three grades of intensity to allow people to select the level of training most appropriate to them.

The sessions will start promptly with a warm-up. Just £3 for each visit you attend – Pay as you Go!

See you there!
